The nice relaxing garden to sit and enjoy breakfast or a coffee. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The location was good with the strass bahn near by. Wi-Fi was great too. The room was spacious and very quiet. Breakfast was excellent. Public transport connections were excellent.

hotel's position was so close to tourist spots like karlskirche. don't forget to explore hernals neighborhood.

Very comfortable, clean, beautiful gardens, variety of breakfast choices, friendly and helpful staff. Away from the city crowds, but convenient tram access to city center and old town. Most comfortable bed and best hair dryer throughout our 4-hotel Bavaria vacation!

We had a great experience staying at this family-run hotel. It was located near some fantastic restaurants that we easily reached by public transport. the hotel's prime location meant we could easily get to all the tourist spots, thanks to the nearby tram stops. Our room was spacious, with a comfortable bed, and the bathroom was clean and modern. the staff was really helpful, the breakfast spread was delicious with homemade jams and cakes.
The lack of air conditioning in the rooms could be an issue in warmer weather.

Convenient location uptown near #43 tram, charming rooms with small fridge, high quality bathroom and comfortable bed. Outstanding WiFi speed. Delicious and high quality breakfast with option to hold for late risers. Gracious and warm staff, offering extended breakfast times and surprises like candy and complimentary champagne.

The location was perfect, situated in a charming villas' district, and I found it very easy to get around with many means of transport nearby. The service provided by the staff was exceptional, they were always helpful and friendly. The room itself was beautifully decorated and had all the necessary amenities such as heating, air conditioning, and even a mini-bar. The highlight for me was the lovely garden area where I could enjoy breakfast and relax in the garden furniture.
I highly recommend this hotel to everyone.
